WE DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS OR REFUNDS. 

Domestic Shipping

Shipping takes 5-10 business days via USPS standard shipping. Any orders that include pre-order items will be shipped at one time when pre-order items arrive.  Partial shipping can not be provided.

International shipping is available, but the shipping time is approximately 10-14 days, which is based on standard USPS shipping. Also, international shipping starts at $9.99. Please keep in mind a customs shipping form may be required.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase and shipping notice, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Pleads ensure you purchase shipping with insurance to apply or a refund through the shipping company.
